By registering as an employer on the PESO Job Matching System, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this system.
2.1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete business information during registration.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.3. Your business must be legally registered and operating in compliance with local laws.
2.4. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.5. All employer accounts are subject to admin approval before activation.
3.1. We collect and process your business information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
3.2. Your information will be used solely for employment facilitation and job matching purposes.
3.3. We will not share your business information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
3.4. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your business data.
4.1. You agree to post only legitimate job openings with accurate descriptions and requirements.
4.2. You will not discriminate against applicants based on race, gender, religion, age, or disability.
4.3. You will comply with all labor laws and employment regulations.
4.4. You will maintain professional communication with all applicants.
4.5. You are responsible for conducting proper interviews and background checks.
5.1. All job postings must be legitimate employment opportunities.
5.2. Job descriptions must be accurate and not misleading.
5.3. Salary and compensation information should be clearly stated when required.
5.4. PESO reserves the right to remove job postings that violate these terms.
5.5. You must update or close job postings once positions are filled.
6.1. Applicant personal information is confidential and must be protected.
6.2. You may only use applicant data for legitimate recruitment purposes.
6.3. You must not share, sell, or distribute applicant information to third parties.
6.4. You must comply with data protection laws when handling applicant information.
6.5. Applicant documents must be securely stored and disposed of properly.
7.1. Posting fraudulent or misleading job opportunities.
7.2. Requesting illegal fees or payments from applicants.
7.3. Discriminatory hiring practices or harassment.
7.4. Using the system to collect personal data for non-employment purposes.
7.5. Attempting to circumvent the system or gain unauthorized access.
8.1. You must provide valid business registration documents upon request.
8.2. PESO reserves the right to verify your business legitimacy.
8.3. False documentation or information will result in immediate account termination.
8.4. You must update business information when changes occur.
9.1. PESO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9.2. Accounts may be suspended pending investigation of reported violations.
9.3. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting PESO.
9.4. Upon termination, all posted jobs will be removed from the system.
10.1. PESO is not liable for any disputes between employers and applicants.
10.2. We do not guarantee the quality or suitability of applicants.
10.3. Employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions and employment relationships.
10.4. PESO is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from system use.
11.1. You agree to comply with all applicable labor and employment laws.
11.2. You must provide safe working conditions as required by law.
11.3. You must adhere to minimum wage and working hour regulations.
11.4. You must respect workers' rights and freedom of association.
12.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
12.2. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
12.3. We will notify employers of significant changes via email or system notification.
